Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between BlueDecorativeStore (“Seller”) and the consumer (“Buyer”) in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Seller Information

Subject of the Agreement This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s website.

Product Information The basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the product(s) are specified on the product page at the time of purchase.

Delivery Products are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Right of Withdrawal The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition. Customized or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless defective.

Returns & Refunds Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected by the Seller.

Disputes In case of disputes, applicable consumer laws shall apply.
